The great environmental, social and economic challenges we face, together with the context of complexity and uncertainty that companies face every day, require a new type of leadership.
In this line, Alliance Healthcare España has initiated a project to transform its leadership style towards a more inspiring and developmental model in line with its Vision 2023: to be the benchmark in health services oriented towards its clients in an innovative and sustainable way.
In a collaborative way, people from all areas and the 130 managers of AH Spain participated in the definition of the 6 dimensions of the Alliance Healthcare leader: a figure who drives, develops, recognizes, builds teams and is a personal and professional reference.
We are facing leaders willing to step out of the comfort zone and continually reinvent themselves; Leaders who are empathetic and inclusive of diversity, who build teams based on trust that constantly create and innovate; Leaders with vision who are able to give clarity and perspective that empower their teams to achieve extraordinary results.
Once this aspirational model was defined, AH Spain chose us as a partner to provide managers with the necessary skills and resources to face this paradigm shift for everyone. To this end, we created Management Way, a development program for managers, with the following objectives:
The program was conducted in a 100% blended online format , which combined pills and asynchronous work on an e-learning platform with interactive online workshops in Teams.
The program was developed in 3 modules: Leadership Foundations, Leadership Development and Visionary Leader, with trainers for each of the modules.
The managers began their training with a self-assessment and a leadership style and preferences profile test, which helped them to become more aware and to know themselves better.
The feedback has been excellent: the sessions have been very dynamic and interactive, the trainers with a lot of impact and very current, relevant and rich content that integrates videos, readings, exercises and cases.
The blended format in a collaborative platform has also been a success: it has allowed each participant to work at his or her own pace and to dedicate the sessions to the more practical and interactive part.
