Through concepts, dynamics, debates and feedback, this experience accompanies the development of managers in how to lead change and be an inspirational figure in difficult times.

  • We will work on the keys to manage change and uncertainty and acquire flexibility in the face of the current continuous changes.

  • We will learn the keys to personal and professional (self-)motivation.
  • We will learn to express ourselves within the team from authenticity, respect and empathy. We will also work to improve the acceptance of roles, responsibilities and rights within the team.

  • To face the resistance that uncertainty and change may cause us, both at the individual and organizational level.

Participative session where discussion will be encouraged, personal experiences will be shared as well as feedback on what has been learned in order to create a climate of mutual trust, rapprochement and group empathy.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Classroom: Large room for a maximum of 15 people with mobility of tables and chairs. Blackboard or flipchart. Projector and audio equipment.

On-line: PC with audio, wi-fi connection for remote connection.

NOTES

This training is also carried out in virtual mode (online) in 3 sessions of 2.5 hours.

A contextualization interview will always be conducted beforehand to adapt objectives and contents to the time of the organization.
