We will reflect on the role of the leader and especially how the coach's skills can allow him to better connect with his team and bring out the best in them.

For this, we will focus on 3 main tools:

- feedback
- powerful questions

Coaching is a personal development tool in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a student or client in achieving a personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. The manager can benefit from this tool by integrating the philosophy of the coach leader into his day-to-day work.
