Time travel

• Generate curiosity and, therefore, motivation for change.
• Generate a space for social interaction.

• To approach success with hindsight, as if it had already happened. People, by raising their own expectations, find solutions that, even if they are not real, generate awareness and commitment.

The experience begins by preparing the crew (participants) for the time jump through a small game. This is followed by a short guided meditation that takes us into the future.

We know that during space-time travel, turbulence can affect the crew's memory and, therefore, we are subject to three phases of memory retrieval in order to reconstruct (replay) the events that have led our organization to success.

All the teams present "what was remembered", we reflect, looking for bridges of connection between what happened and our day to day, before raising the ship to return to the present and make it a reality in a 'roadmap' chanted with the whole team.

The challenges will be worked on with management, so that the resulting product is useful and connected to the objectives of alignment with the strategic or transformation plan.
