WHAT WE WILL DO

A very innovative workshop due to its format and location in the middle of nature, an ideal relational space where the team will be able to interact in a different way.

The protagonists will live a unique experience that will enhance personal and group growth. We have recovered elements and discoveries with great historical weight, such as the power to create and control the fire, thanks to which man has been able to endure in time getting to be where we are today.

The creation and control of fire is a unique and impressive teambuilding. We will see the steps for the correct creation of the structure, where and how to look for the necessary elements to create fire by friction. We will discover which are the ideal and necessary steps to unify the sequence of construction and maintenance of the same. We create the ideal scenario to work the needs of the team, always with the common thread of the creation and control of fire.

This experience will allow us to discover resources and skills that each team member can incorporate to improve collective effectiveness. We will glimpse opportunities to improve collaboration, communication and group work, in addition to being an unforgettable team experience that transports us to ancestral rituals.

 

WHAT WE WILL NEED

No physical preparation or special knowledge is required. Everyone can do this activity. However, it is necessary to wear comfortable clothes and hiking shoes, gloves, sunglasses and sun protection (summer).

NOTES

The experience is usually carried out in the Maresme area although it is an itinerant activity.

The design of the activity will be tailored to the specific needs of the team. There is the option of extending the session to 8 hours, making in the last part of the workshop a deeper debriefing of the experience and a formalization of the team development plan.
