The first part of the session will be dedicated to connecting and getting to know each other better:

Dynamics icebreaker all together (to break the ice and get to know each other better):

• Zip Zap: in a circle we pass energy, the slogans get complicated, the laughter starts.
• The knot: we make a big human knot that we have to undo without letting go of our hands.
• Human Bingo: guess each other's secrets in a very funny bingo game

The Object. Here we will work in smaller groups. Each person will choose an object (that we will bring) that most identifies him/her. In small groups they will explain why.

Team values. Each person will write on a piece of paper a value that the team has and put it in a basket. Then they will all be read and the team's motto will have to be created.

Collaborative pencil. Now it's time to write the slogan together ;D

In the second part, we will work on the team's superpowers, what they are and how they help us . In this way we will strengthen the bond, collaboration and sense of belonging.

In teams we will build totems that explain what the team's superpowers are and what will lead them to success. We will bring different creative materials and each team will decide how to do it. The totems will be the lasting memory and anchor of this team meeting.

The dynamics will be contextualized and customized to the moment and needs of the team.

This activity can be done completely indoors or outdoors or a mix of both.
