We propose two interactive and dynamic sessions, one focused on People Managers and the other on the employees themselves who lead their own development.

The methodology is based on the alternation of concepts and real situations that inspire, with the realization of dynamics and practical exercises and sharing.

People Managers:

  1. Ownership of talent development: the manager's responsibility for people development and the employee's own individual responsibility.
  2. Talent Management: employee development and life long learning.
  3. Development Conversation and definition of the PDI (Individual Development Plan):
  • For what, objectives and link with talent processes.
  • Leader coach: powerful questions, listening and feedback (and feedforward), empowering and connecting.
  • How to carry out Individual Development Plan and the development conversation
  • Development agreements and actions (GROW model)
  • Follow-up
