Blind experience

Teams that want to strengthen the relationships and connection between its different members through a playful, creative and sensory experience.

With this experience we work in a very experiential way on listening, attention, trust, perspective, security, teamwork, letting go of control, presence and openness.

We will start with a warm-up of team games to break the ice. Then, we will start the experience in which we will work on blindfolded team dynamics including a blindfolded tasting, artistic expression dynamics and trust exercises.

Being blind creates a multisensory experience. An interactive journey through unusual sensory stimulation environments. Each exercise will be combined with feedback and team reflection on the sensations and learning experienced.

As a result, we will have a much stronger connection between team members. It will create a higher level of self-knowledge and understanding towards each other.
