SUITABLE FOR

Teams that wish to develop more 'enabling' and open attitudes that maximize their potential as individuals and as a team.

BENEFITS
  • Realize and generate awareness of the limiting (and sometimes toxic) attitudes that we can develop in teams and organizations.
  • Incorporate more 'enabling' attitudes into our daily lives to achieve positive changes that will be reflected in productivity, creativity, collaboration and commitment.
  • To develop a proactive and open attitude towards life, the work environment and events.
  • Free ourselves from fears and limiting beliefs.
  • To get to know ourselves and our colleagues better, improving the cohesion of the group.
WHAT WE WILL DO

We will use the performing arts to raise awareness. Through 5 monologues interpreted with a lot of humor and caricature by a professional actress, we will become aware of the most limiting attitudes that we find in organizations. We will connect very quickly with these attitudes, which we have all seen, lived and often starred in. It is a moment of 'declic' and 'realization'.

We will generate a participative debate about the monologues and the characters that have been seen. We will naturally enter into the analysis and reflection on these limiting attitudes. We will see the 'pro-attitudes' that enable and open us to development. We will do exercises at an individual level to be able to observe and become aware of which 'attitude' we identify with and which 'pro-attitude' we are lacking.

In the central part of the day we will seek to incorporate learning by putting these 'pro-attitudes' into practice in a very experiential way through group and individual dynamics.

We will end the day by focusing on commitments and the transfer of these more enabling attitudes (pro-attitudes) to our day-to-day, at work and in the team.

Attitudes and Pro-attitudes that we will work on:

Victim/Responsible, Control/Confidence, Expectation/Petition, Partial Listening/Empathetic Listening, Character/Persona, Failure/Error, Obligation/Commitment, Complaint/Claim, Complain/Claim

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Chairs for all participants, projector and flip chart.
