WHAT WE WILL DO

Highly participatory and experiential session, aimed at generating awareness and transforming positively the way of living day to day in the work team. Interactions between group members will be generated from the game, emotion and reflection that will make them discover a different perspective of their collaboration.

We will start by connecting with the vision of the future. Through individual and collective dynamics, we will surface our perceptions and attitude towards the vision and ambitions set for the team. We will reflect on past experiences, what has helped us and what has frustrated us. We will collectively visualize our challenges and ambitions and shape them into our collective purpose.

We will dedicate the second part of the session to understand how we will make it happen and make the ambitions a challenging and, at the same time, realistic reality. We will perform exercises and dynamics of alignment and definition of the priorities and roadmap of the team / area.

An impact session in which we will emotionally involve the team, generating collective commitment.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Screen, projector, flipchart and a large room to facilitate team dynamics in the space.

NOTES

Prior to the session, a briefing session will be held with the team leader in order to adapt the design of the dynamics to the objectives and moment of the group.
