We propose to carry out a preliminary diagnosis, through a simple anonymous questionnaire, which will help us to identify the strengths and the main dysfunctions of the team, which cause a brake on change (trust, conflict, commitment, responsibility or results orientation).
The day begins with a moment of reflection and self-analysis through a group dynamic to detect the 'toxins' of the team, i.e. the elements that contribute negativity and fuel conflicts. Once identified individually and collectively, we will look for the 'antidotes' that will help us to become aware and activate personal responsibility.
We will talk about change, uncertainty and the emotions that arise in these situations and how to manage them. Participants will reflect individually and in groups on how change affects them and what their attitude towards change is. Through different dynamics, they will appreciate the value of different perspectives on change. We will see the positive intention of each perspective, even if our vision seems to be the 'right' one, all visions bring something positive to the team.
We will live the change through the different roles of the team thanks to a very powerful team exercise. We will work on empathy by putting ourselves in the 'skin' of each one, seeing the challenges and difficulties experienced by each role.
We will end the day working on a collective action plan as a 'team pact' where individual and collective commitments will be reflected.
The team day ends with a powerful dynamic recognition that results in a very positive and motivating closing.
