This is a highly interactive and engaging workshop for teams that want to foster creativity and innovation by practicing "creative thinking". We will combine inspiring talks with powerful insights, with team dynamics to put creativity into practice. We will understand how to leverage business innovation in each function or area of the company.

We will survey all participants prior to the session to better personalize the experience and build the case for practice. The workshop session will be structured as follows:

1. We will start with a fresh and interactive kick-off to warm up the neurons and create an open atmosphere ready to create. Participants will be asked to join the "collective visual maps" and raise their voices.
2. Inspiring moment sharing the importance of corporate innovation, the role of creativity and how we can all be creative regardless of our personality or our role/function in the company. Environment and conditions that foster creativity and innovation.
3. It is time to practice "creative thinking" by working collectively around a business case. In small groups (6-8) we will learn how to break mental barriers and turn problems into opportunities by applying creativity.
4. We will share the results with each other, and reflect together on how leadership that inspires and creates the right conditions leads to business innovation.
5. Creative networking: experience a new way of introducing yourself by choosing an object that represents your area of business and your role, make sure no one forgets you after the event.
6. Final group selfie to immortalize the moment! A digital poster will be sent after the event.
