Understanding different communication styles allows us to develop strategies on how to interact with others. Hiring the right collaborator or employee, building effective teams, resolving conflicts, improving performance and motivation, all these challenges, faced by all companies, are related to human behavior.

  • The strength and limitations of each seller style
  • How to adapt to different styles
  • What each style of buyer needs to make their purchase decision

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will learn about the different behavioral styles, seller and buyer styles. We will discover what needs are behind each buyer and how the seller can develop his negotiation relationship in a smooth and successful way with his customers.

We will practice ways of communicating with each style of buyer, what motivates them to buy and what their fears and needs are.

All this with dynamics and role playing to experiment and practice the different styles.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Projector, blackboard and space for dynamics.

NOTES

This course is given by a coach, trainer and international speaker and expert in communication.

In case you want to carry out this activity outside the company, we can offer you an adapted space.

This course is conducted in 1 day of 8 hours.
