WHAT WE WILL DO
We will start by connecting with the future and business vision. Through individual and collective dynamics, we will surface our perceptions and attitude towards the vision and ambitions set for the team. We will reflect on past experiences, what has helped us and what has frustrated us. We will collectively visualize our challenges and ambitions and capture them in the team's "mandala".
We will devote the second part of the session to understanding how we will make it happen and make ambitions a challenging yet realistic reality. We will draw on advances in neuroscience to understand how to define ambitions that lead to a successful outcome. We will define objectives, expected results and also what is needed to achieve them. We will work with 3 month reviewable plans (OKR) and learn how to define them in a SMART way.
We will end the session by visualizing our ambitions successfully achieved through collective effort: a great moment of inspiration!
WHAT WE WILL NEED
Classroom: open-plan room with chairs for all participants, flipchart, video projector and loudspeakers.
Online: computer with network or wifi connection and webcam, headset with microphone, mobile device with data (mobile or tablet with wifi/4G).
NOTES
This experience requires, in addition to the usual contextualization, a previous session (1-2 hours) with the team leader to prepare the communication to the group about their vision of the strategy and ambitions for the period or the project.
