We will initiate the experience with dynamics that will facilitate interaction, reinforcing trusting relationships in the group.

In teams, we will design a superhero. Each team must create and imagine a superhero that is necessary for the survival and success of the company.

Each team will have a script that they will have to fill out together. They will also have at their disposal different creative elements that will help them dress up to recreate the character. In a creative and fun way we will reflect on the values and behavior that maximize the commitment and performance of the team.

At the end of the time each team will present their superhero in an elevator peach.

We will end with a group selfie, a souvenir of this moment together.
