Team challenges

Newly created or already consolidated teams that want to work in a natural way on personal relationships, trust and teamwork through a fun and playful experience.

• Stimulates confidence, creativity and teamwork.

The challenge of the day is to experience together the elements necessary to become a real working team.

We will be organized into 6 teams of 8-10 members who will rotate through a series of activities as a competition. Each challenge takes about 20/30 minutes to overcome, and the teams will face tests that encourage team spirit. Coordination, communication, planning and a good team performance in the shortest possible time.

Once each challenge is completed, the facilitator will indicate to the team which is the next base, and so on until all the tests are completed.

To conclude, we will present commemorative medals and reflect on the positive aspects that have helped each team's performance.

Some of the team tests we propose: mega skiing, tower of power, shepherd and flock, spider web and catapult construction. 

The activity is eminently outdoor, so sportswear and comfortable clothing is recommended, as well as sun protection in summer. If the location allows it, the initial briefing and the final debriefing can be done indoors or in a covered area.

The physical effort is compensated by the skill tests in order to allow everyone to participate and reach the end in good shape.

The activity can be adapted in duration and design to the needs of each client.
