Giving feedback

SUITABLE FOR

Particularly suitable for people involved in development processes and professional guidance of other colleagues, or because they have to manage a team or because in the context of the position they occupy they have to collaborate with other people or areas, and this involves participating in feedback processes.

BENEFITS
  • Knowing how to give and receive feedback has become a "powerful regulator" of the way we approach our day-to-day work, especially when it is used as an initiator of change.
  • Feedback can be a "gift" for our growth. The development of this capacity opens us to learning and generative exchange.
  • Learning to give and receive feedback implies placing ourselves in a field of inquiry and openness to learning, as well as reciprocal and effective growth.
WHAT WE WILL DO

This eminently experiential and practical workshop offers tools that make it possible to give and receive feedback effectively.

We will work through "situation setting" and participants will identify the concepts of "mutual learning" and the "what for" of feedback. We will identify the impact of good feedback on the task and the results. Finally, we will see how to build and strengthen bonds based on feedback.

NOTES

This experience can be extended to 3 hours if it is desired to deepen the practice of each participant or to contextualize within the company's development tool.
