WHAT WE WILL DO

Through different types of movement games, dynamics and theatrical exercises, participants will incorporate the competencies of a high performance team in an experiential way. What makes a team work well?

Through fun, we will incorporate and develop essential skills such as empathy, trust, motivation, active listening and collaboration, among others, for the proper functioning of the team and the organization.

The experience is led by an actress, trainer and coach who combines performing arts and humor with powerful personal and team development dynamics.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Large, open-plan room that allows movement. Chairs for all participants.

It is important to carry out the activity with comfortable clothing.
