WHAT WE WILL DO

At a time when simplicity and simplicity are essential to focus more clearly, one of the priorities in companies is to know how to define objectives.

The OKR model is very effective and easy to implement, although, a priori, it may raise some doubts with respect to traditional objective systems. The most common: What do I need to start working with this method? How does the concept of "performance" fit in this environment? This is what we will work on during the workshops.

We will conduct 2 online sessions of 2h each. The first one will be more focused on the context and method and the second one on practical cases to be carried out by the participants.

Session 1:

  • The old target systems: where is the gap?
  • The OKR (Objective Key Results) model: The power of why, what and how.
  • The Audacious Objectives: the ideal vs. the real and its impact on results.
  • Beyond SMART: quantitative and qualitative results to put "feet on the ground".
  • The visual code and how it impacts the transition from strategy to results.

Session 2:

  • OKR format + real case studies.

Computer, speakers, camera, microphone and internet connection.

The sessions are customized according to the objectives you want to set. You will work with real cases so that you can start using OKRs from day one.
