WHAT WE WILL DO

Today we work in virtual teams. How do we achieve results? How do we maintain team interaction and connection? Although we have technology at our disposal, it is not always easy to use it well, nor to interact or communicate in the right way.

Keeping the team motivated, aligned and delivering results is an even bigger challenge in remote. The human being is a social animal and virtual does not have to be synonymous with impersonal.

In these interactive and experiential sessions we will discuss:

Session 1 (4h) - Leading in Online

  1. Rules of the online game, tips & organization. Virtual tools, communication and efficient and orderly meetings.
  2. Remote social interaction. The importance of socializing and generating connection in the team. Virtual social moments, empathy, building trust and developing relationships.
  3. Listening and emotional support in times of change and uncertainty.
  4. Best practices in leading remote teams (Do's & Dont's). Difficulties of remote work and how we solve them. Interactive dynamics.
  5. Individual commitment to development.

Session 2 (4h) - Leading in DISCtance.

At a distance and in a teleworking context it is relevant to take care of communication, adapting your style to the style of others, showing empathy and building trust and stronger relationships, even more important remotely. The DISC model applied to the team will give us some fundamentals in this sense.

  1. Superpowers and connection with every style of person: based on the DISC model preferences.
  2. Interactive game "DO's & DON'TS" with each style of person. Exercise: my team wheel + action plan with each member.
  3. Powerful questions: learn to hold the team accountable and empower them through the use of powerful questions to generate commitment and alignment. Reinforce purpose.
  4. Individual commitment to development.

  • Computer with network or wifi connection and webcam.
  • Headphones with microphone.
  • A mobile device with data (cell phone or tablet with wifi or 4G).
