HOW WE WILL DO IT
This training has several possibilities in terms of format:
PRESENT: We need a minimum of 18 hours to be divided into 3 blocks of 6 hours each.
ONLINE: 18 hours of the same but divided into 6 blocks of 3 hours each.
BLENDED: We can carry out the training combining online and asynchronous platform with online experiential sessions to download concepts. We suggest 2 asynchronous pills per block (total 6 sessions) of 1.5 h. each in addition to the sessions in Teams/Zoom.
