This workshop is aimed at individuals and teams who wish to improve their ability to recognize and take better advantage of diversity (in thinking styles, values, worldview, decision making, etc.), in order to generate an inclusive work culture that maximizes their satisfaction and potential.

The most satisfied, productive and innovative teams are those in which a dynamic of true inclusion of diversity in all its forms (gender, age, sexual orientation, culture, etc.) is achieved.

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will start with an interactive talk and group dynamics to understand the main concepts of Diversity and Inclusion.

We will help to understand how it is not our differences that separate us, but our inability to recognize and value them as sources of productivity and innovation.

We will learn about some of the differences between the different groups with respect to their understanding of interpersonal and business relationships, trust, decision-making, authority, collaboration, productivity, time management and conflict management.

We will develop inclusive intelligence to be able to work and communicate appropriately and effectively with people from other groups, both verbally and non-verbally.

Finally, we will put into practice what we have learned through a gamified Diversity and Inclusion dynamic, in teams (diversophy®). The game is designed to develop the inclusive intelligence of the players, while having fun and establishing meaningful relationships with the other participants.

At the end of the workshop, you will be able to identify and celebrate the cognitive differences between people, leveraging them for the benefit of satisfaction, retention, productivity and innovation.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Classroom: Open room with chairs for all participants and video projector.

In the case of the online version: Computer with camera, audio and microphone.

NOTES

The workshop is led by an expert in Intercultural Competencies and Diversity and Inclusion Management, whose passion is helping individuals and teams to better manage diversity in all its forms and who has extensive experience in the corporate and university sectors.
