We will be divided into groups of 3-4 people. We will start with a short and fun dynamic of initiation to LEGO® constructions. Then we will be presented with a challenge that we will have to tackle and model with LEGO® Bricks. In an original, fun and very effective way, the constructions will help us to project not only creative ideas but also our emotion in front of the challenge. We will work individually and collectively at the end of the session sharing some of the solutions and ideas generated.

Lego® Serious Play® is a novel and creative communication methodology. Numerous studies have demonstrated the usefulness of incorporating play and manual-visual thinking as a catalyst for ideas and thoughts and also as a tool for emotional expression.

Large room with tables for the groups, projector and audio equipment. For each group we need a table, where participants will build and share their models.

For the preparation of the activity, a briefing contact with the company's reference person is required in order to define the challenge to be faced.

The participants (or the company) can keep the Lego constructions made (optional), a souvenir of a great moment of collective inspiration.
