WHAT WE WILL DO

Highly participative and dynamic program aimed at sharing, aligning, focusing and accelerating the execution of the leadership team.

It is a Strategic Focus workshop that we conduct in 8 steps. During the program, interactions are generated among group members that foster creativity and collective responsibility. All this, together with moments of valuable reflection, will help you discover a different perspective on the challenges ahead and on your collaboration as a management team.

  • We will start by connecting with the vision. Through individual and collective dynamics, we will surface our perceptions and attitude towards the vision and ambitions set for the team. We will reflect on our experiences, what has helped us and what has blocked us. We will collectively visualize our challenges and ambitions and translate them into our collective purpose.
  • We will devote the second part of the session to understanding how we will make it happen and make the vision a challenging yet realistic reality. We will start with the intangible part, what attitudes and behaviors support the path to our vision. We will define our culture, the one that will help us achieve our business challenges.
  • We enter the most actionable part of the program. We will perform exercises and alignment dynamics that will help us define the priorities and the collective roadmap (team, BU, department, ...). We will create focus and commitment of the leadership team.
  • Finally, we will work on communication and key messages to explain these objectives and priorities to the teams in a clear, consistent and inspiring way.

An impact program in which, in addition to producing tangible elements in a creative and efficient way, we will emotionally involve the team, generating collective commitment.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Classroom: Screen, projector, flipchart and a large room to facilitate team dynamics.

Online: computer with network or wifi connection and webcam, headset with microphone, mobile device with data (mobile or tablet with wifi/4G).

NOTES

A briefing session will be held beforehand with the team manager to adapt the design of the dynamics to the team's objectives and moment.

Two 6-hour days are recommended for the face-to-face program and 4 sessions of 3 hours each for the online program.
