Teams that face situations of change and uncertainty and want to work on flexibility and adaptability in this context.
BENEFITS
Understanding our individual and team behavioral style will allow us to:
understand each profile's blocks and barriers to change and risk.
obtain strategies to develop flexibility in complex and uncertain situations.
discover the importance of self-knowledge and control of emotions.
develop habits and attitudes that we can foster in ourselves and our team to deal with change and uncertainty.
improve collaboration by making the most of the diversity of styles in a team.
WHAT WE WILL DO
This is an interactive and practical session where we will provide tools for people to know their behavioral style and preferences and learn where the other styles move from.
This will allow us to understand the blocks and barriers that each profile has in the face of change and to recognize themselves in the uncertain and complex situations to which the present moment exposes us.
We will explore strategies to develop flexibility in these situations. We will develop more capabilities to live uncertain situations with as much control and positivity as possible and come out of them stronger.
We will also work on diversity and complementarity in the group. The union of different profiles and styles is the power of a team.
WHAT WE WILL NEED
Open-plan room or computer with internet connection, camera and microphone.
About the DISC method
The DISC method provides a framework for understanding people's behaviors and is a tool widely used by a large number of companies for its effectiveness and impact.
Understanding the different styles allows us to develop strategies on how to interact with others. Building or developing a team, improving collaboration, resolving conflicts, improving the level of performance and motivation. Challenges that all companies face and are related to human behavior.
