Are you an Agile Leader?

People managers who want to develop their leadership in the context of an agile transformation.

• Know the principles of Management 3.0.
• Evaluate whether your leadership style fits the agile culture.
• Understand the levers to improve your team's engagement and performance.
• Work on some key skills for agile leadership.
• Define a personal leadership development plan.

We will start with a group and individual reflection on the principles of Management 3.0 and what it means to be a leader in an organization with an agile culture.

Through the AGILE PROOF method we will be able to self-assess our level of development as an agile leader. We will define our strengths and become aware of the areas to work on.

We will see how team interactions work through understanding different leadership styles and communication preferences. We will discover how the leader can use this knowledge to maximize team performance and make the most of diversity.

In the final part of the session we will work on some of the key skills of an agile leader, such as feedback and delegation, and practice them together in the form of a role-play.

We will end the session with the definition of our personal roadmap to develop our agility as team leaders.

Depending on the needs detected in this session, a follow-up session (4 hours) can be held where we would go deeper into the development of soft skills such as autonomy (delegation), feedback or vision..., always in a practical and experiential way.
