Find the treasure

Teams that want to improve personal, relational and team competencies, through guided activities and experiences in a natural environment.

During this teambuilding, a set of clues and riddles, combined with "geochacing", must be solved to locate the treasure area or "cache". Groups must use their expertise, skills and work capacity to finally locate the treasure.

Participants will be divided into teams of 2 to 4 people. Each group receives a work sheet and an activity sheet, which will help them to plan the activity itself, as well as the didactic objectives to be achieved.

With the token and GPS device in hand, they will have to move around the area to end up finding the treasure, which, apart from being a material gift, contains the knowledge and learning that participants can apply to their daily work life.

The closing of the activity ends with a sharing of the lessons learned and experiences lived by each of the teams.

No physical preparation or special knowledge is required. Everyone can do this activity. Comfortable clothes and sport shoes.

The design of the activity will be tailor-made, defining with the client the work to be done.
