Emotion to move to action

SUITABLE FOR

Teams that on a daily basis must communicate with different audiences, whether internal or external customers, to provoke in them a movement to action.

Emotion comes from the Latin word "emovere" which means to set in motion.

"We need to connect with emotion to generate movement."

BENEFITS
  • Understand that in order to connect emotionally with others I must first connect with myself.
  • Learn to "turn up the volume on non-verbal aspects" to generate emotional connection.
  • Know how to recognize the genuineness of others and value them.
  • Provide tools to make more emotional connections through the diversity of channels with which we interact: video calls, written messages and public presentations.

WHAT WE WILL DO

In this interactive and experiential workshop we will work on the importance of emotional connection in communications with others.

Once you have completed the course, you will have a toolkit of tools and internal resources that you can implement in your day-to-day work to generate this connection with your interlocutors.

  • We will work on the 3 principles of emotional connection through experiential exercises in order to incorporate them.
  • We will define human connection by performing dynamics that generate verbal and non-verbal connection.
  • And finally, we will practice through role playing those communications that the teams carry out in their daily work to establish this emotional connection that generates action in the interlocutor.
