WHAT WE WILL DO

It is an interactive and very impactful workshop even for people who are already exposed to multicultural and diverse environments.

The session begins with a fun 'ice breaker' to get to know each other better and start to realize the differences within the group. Then, through a simulation game, we will practice strategies to develop Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and learn how to manage the differences in our teams. We will face the "prejudices" around different cultures, we will have to adapt behaviors and adopt new strategies to cope with multiculturalism.

We will learn the basics of a good cocktail and experiment with the value of mixing. We will let our creativity go and put the best of ourselves in each cocktail. Through our creations we will discover the richness of the team, the different preferences and styles.

A sensory and team experience that will make us discover the value of diversity.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Distribution of chairs in groups of 4-5 people. Bar and space for cocktail workshop.

NOTES

This activity can be adapted to be carried out outdoors.

Cocktails can be non-alcoholic.
