Discover Agile

SUITABLE FOR

Leadership teams or project teams that want to understand what agility is and how an agile company and team works.

BENEFITS

In an experiential and fun way we will test the agility of the team, identify the needs and next steps to operate in a fast, fluid and above all adaptable way.

WHAT WE WILL DO

In a rapidly changing and fast moving world (VUCA) organizational agility is key to be able to make quick and effective transitions. Traditional planning, decision and strategy tools no longer work!

Agility is above all a matter of attitude and behaviors, of mindset rather than of tools and methods. It requires people more and adaptable people and a culture that fosters collaboration. collaborationinnovation and creativity.

We will experiment with a very powerful game, 'Complexity', revealing the adaptability and agility of the team in a complex situation. We will draw conclusions for our team through a 'debrief' of what happened.

We will look at the EverChange model that describes how an agile person, team and organization works.

We will delve into one of the pillars, living a synchronization meeting in which we will realize that we must 'reinvent' the way we relate and collaborate to be truly agile.
WHAT WE WILL NEED

Classroom: Open-plan room with chairs, video projector and screen or television.
