WHAT WE WILL DO

It is an experiential workshop that combines concepts with practice to achieve meaningful learning.

We will see coaching skills applied to value conversations: Active listening at three levels, powerful questions for the employee's self-reflection, leading the employee to take action by finding learning spaces for continuous improvement.

We will practice in small groups where we will deal with real cases and contextualized to the company. While some experiment in this safe environment, others will have an observer role. The experience of observing is very enriching because details that go unnoticed when the professional is practicing can be appreciated.

We will finish by sharing our learning and transferring it to our day-to-day work. One of the aspects most valued by managers is to learn about the challenges and lessons learned from other colleagues in similar positions.
