WHAT WE WILL DO

This is a very inspiring and motivational as well as practical workshop.

We will enter into multigenerational realities through sharing experiences in the group. We will establish conversations among participants, intrageneration and intergeneration. This experience will help us to identify barriers and prejudices. We will work on mental bias and mind mapping.

The action plan in the last part will help us define collective and individual commitments and actions to ensure that we make the most of the opportunities provided by diversity and put them at the service of the group's efficiency.

WHAT WE WILL NEED

Chairs around the room, projector and flipchart or whiteboard.

NOTES

The group of collaborators should ideally represent the different generations that exist in the company.

Discussions will require prior preparation (2 hours). The facilitator will contact the company's contact person prior to the workshop.
