The program is based on a practical and experiential methodology. In 4 sessions of 2 hours we will combine theory with live practice (with recording) and feedback in each session. There will also be follow-up work between sessions.
For each participant we include a real practice in your organization on which we will conduct an individual feedback session for your personalized improvement plan.
