Teams that want to develop a basis of trust and work on communication. All this through a unique social and solidarity experience that will allow them to discover the world of animals that take care of people, as well as to experience in their own body what it means to live without seeing.

The protagonists will live a unique experience that will awaken consciences and enhance personal and group growth. They will do it with Ingrid Ramón, founder of Argus Dogs and María Petit, founder of Ulleres de Sol. Two personalities full of passion and vital purpose.

The activity begins with a presentation by Ingrid Ramon of Argus Dogs who will share the mission and purpose of Argus. Then we will get down to work. We will use dogs and their way of learning to empathize and understand how people learn. The importance of positive reinforcement, when to apply random reinforcement, how to convey an idea correctly, how to increase difficulty and how to let innovate and experiment. We will learn that mistakes are part of the path to learning and success.

Maria Petit, with her vital testimony, will transmit through her testimony her passion for life and her vital message, "we are all capable". Maria is an example of overcoming, adaptation and resilience. From her hand we will live a "blind" team experience that will make us understand on the one hand how to live without the sense of sight and on the other hand understand the importance of trust and communication in work teams.

An experience that will allow us to discover new opportunities for collaboration and communication as well as being an unforgettable team experience.

No physical preparation or special knowledge is required. Everyone can do this activity.

We will need to have a room or, even better, an outdoor space of at least 50 square meters.
Space for the dogs: two parking spaces in the shade (or air-conditioned space) so that the dogs do not suffer if the day temperature is higher than 23 ºC. Water for the dogs.
