Building our purpose with LEGO® Bricks

Teams that seek to work on a collective construction challenge in an innovative, creative and playful way, generating group commitment.

We will start the activity with a fun and refreshing Icebreaker, the Human Bingo, in which as a gamified speedating, we will provoke personal interactions between all team members, as well as lots of laughter!

We will divide into groups of 6-8 people, mixing participants. We will start with a short and fun individual dynamic of initiation to LEGO® constructions and we will share the result in the groups. Then we will be presented with the challenge that we will have to face and model together with LEGO® Bricks. The groups start building separately but without losing the global vision and the common purpose. Once we have the construction of each group we will model the interactions between them. We will do it through lego elements that will represent the connections and dependencies between teams, essential to achieve the collective purpose or challenge.

The result is spectacular and exciting. We will share and verbalize our reflections on these interdependencies and discover the power of teamwork and having a single purpose.

We will close the teambuilding with the powerful dynamics of "Collaborative pen".

Lego® Serious Play® is a novel and creative communication methodology. Numerous studies have demonstrated the usefulness of incorporating play and manual-visual thinking as a catalyst for ideas and thoughts and also as a tool for emotional expression.

In an original, fun and very effective way, the constructions help us to project not only creative ideas but also our emotion in the face of the challenge posed.
