Arrowbreaking

• Realize what we are really capable of doing to initiate a transformation towards obtaining extraordinary results.
• Putting a face to our fears and knowing how to work with them, because fears never go away, they are part of the path and we must learn to live with them.
• Understand the phrase "Fear doesn't stop you".
• Challenging fears and limiting beliefs by uncovering the potential of each individual.
• Discover resources and skills that each team member can incorporate to improve individual and collective effectiveness.

We visualize the person or team we want to be, to begin to unveil the fears that prevent us from being it. We will talk with vulnerability and we will open up with each other to express what it is that bothers us, bothers us or scares us...

After a connection session as a person or team, we will write on the arrows our fears and everything that prevents us from being the best version of ourselves, and then break it.

In the end, each participant will break through their fears and everything that limits them from being the best version of themselves.

To finish, we will transform our broken arrows into something that reminds us that we can change our energy, fears or anything. With this metaphor we seek to connect with the participants so that they can overcome their limitations in any limitation.

No physical preparation or special knowledge is required. Everyone can do this activity.

We recommend this experience outside of the work environment. Optionally we can provide an adapted and inspiring space.
