Developing leaders with Simon

A spring 2022 full of e-workshops in soft skills for our client Simon.

This year, as in the previous year, Ready for People has collaborated with Simon in the delivery of several internal e-workshops focused on innovation and creativity, leadership development, teleworking, personal effectiveness and virtual communication.

Simon puts people at the center, and its priority is to encourage them to enjoy their work and develop their careers and skills to the fullest. That is why it continues to focus on internal training, now adapted to the online format. This option has allowed greater inclusion of people from different centers, better time management and innovation in terms of training dynamics.

After evaluating the current context and the lessons learned in 2020, Simon has decided to strengthen and expand its skills development training program, focusing on corporate competencies for employees, with the main objective of enabling them to continue to grow professionally within the company.

The most outstanding feedbacks we have received from the participants have been: the quality of the facilitators/trainers, the participation, the interaction, the practice and the self-knowledge that was generated in each of the workshops.

Simon, like Ready for People, focuses internal development on designing experiences that contribute to the development, cohesion and motivation of people. Perfect match!
