This fresh, dynamic and participatory experience helps people in the company or team get to know each other better to create links that help carry projects forward.

Who is who? In this experience, the facilitator will guide us to get to know each other a little more through fresh and fun dynamics that will allow us to establish more personal bonds. Through challenges and questions of the style, if you had to go back to the past, when would you stop? If you had to share your superpowers, which ones would you share? Tell us more about your first job? we will get to know each other better, we will get closer and we will develop empathy in the team.

• A mobile device with data (mobile phone or tablet with Wi-Fi or 4G)

Interactive digital tools and gamification will be used that will allow everyone to participate. Even the most introverted will have a voice thanks to these dynamics.
