Teams that work together, newly created or already consolidated, who want to strengthen collaboration and trust. The experience will take place 100% outdoor.

• Observe the routines of the team, raising (self) awareness and facilitating opportunities for change towards optimal performance states.
• Generate personal interactions between team members by living a nature experience.
• Create personal bonds and develop a good base of trust.

Highly engaging experience due to its format and location in the middle of nature. The different activities will awaken individual awareness and enhance personal and team growth. Natural environment provides an ideal relational space in which the team can interact in a different way.

LEADERSHIP & TEAMWORK WITH HORSES

Natural dressage horses will show us our leadership style as well as help us to understand the purpose of self-leadership. A personal and a team challenge will be proposed. Great for teamwork skills such as strategy, planning, leadership or positive communication.

MISSION POSSIBLE
The team will need to overcome different challenges (solidarity skis, platforms and wheels) by putting in action teamwork skills (communication, cooperation, organisation, planning, error management, trust, etc.) to achieve cohesion and common understanding towards the desired goals.

BALANCE CIRCUIT
To understand why changes and uncertainty can break our personal balance and impact our emotions. This has an effect in our leadership and the way we communicate and work together.

This experience of personal and team development will allow us to discover opportunities of collaboration and communication to improve collective effectiveness.

No preparation or special knowledge is required. Anyone can do this activity. It is advised wear comfortable clothes and shoes, sunglasses and sun protection.

Drinks and appetisers will be provided and the end of the experience.
