WHAT WILL WE DO
During this experiential workshop, we will explore different ways in which mindfulness practice can influence our focus and attention resulting in higher productivity.
To start with a short mediation will made us discover the powerful connection between mind an body. We’ll focus then on the team’s main challenges in a fast pace world, with too many data and inputs in our every day live. We will explore ways in which we can improve our productivity through practice of mindfulness. This workshop is a mix of practical exercises, work in pairs and open discussion. All this is backed up by the latest findings in neuroscience.
The individual commitments at the end of the workshop will be key. Picking up a simple thing you can start doing tomorrow will be enough to initiate change!
WHAT WILL WE NEED?
Bright room, chairs or mats, projector with sound system. Pens and paper.
It can be performed outdoor (beach, country-side, …). Mats can we provided on demand.
It is highly advisable to perform this experience out of the offices/work environment.
If need, we could eventually propose a suitable and inspiring venue.
