WHAT WILL WE DO
During this experiential workshop we will explore different ways in which mindfulness practice can influence our communication.
To start with a short mediation will made us discover the powerful connection between mind an body. We’ll focus then on the team’s main challenges in a fast pace world, with too many data and inputs in our every day live. We will explore simple meditation to focus our attention and mindful dialogue which improves our listening skills and sense of connection with others.
We’ll give practical tools and tips to overcome team’s daily issues related to communication, stress and focus. The individual commitments at the end of the workshop are key. Picking up a simple thing you can start doing tomorrow will be enough to initiate change.
Bright room, chairs or mats, projector with sound system. Pens and paper.
It can be performed outdoor (beach, country-side, …). Mats can we provided on demand.
It is highly advisable to perform this experience out of the offices/work environment.
If need, we could eventually propose a suitable and inspiring venue.
